Kappa Chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa was established in 1899.  

Phi Sigma Kappa was founded by Jabez William Clay, Joseph Francis Barrett, Henry Hague, Xenos Young Clark, Frederick George Campbell, and William Penn Brooks.

The Phi Sigma Kappa flower is the Red Carnation and  White Tea Rose.

The Phi Sigma Kappa motto is, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

The most famous alumni from Phi Sigma Kappa are:

  • Daniel Brandenstein, Retired Captain, U.S.N.; Former Chief of the NASA Astronaut Office; Veteran of four space shuttle missions
  • John F. Brock, Current President and CEO, Coca-Cola Enterprises
  • Chris Sarandon, Film actor
