Photo Flashback - Re-Visiting 1979 Phi Sig

This month we are taking the photo time machine back to 1979 at Penn State; My Sharona was all over the radio, guys were taking their dates to the movies to see Alien and the Nittany Lions went 8-4 in the regular season and beat Tulane in the Liberty Bowl ...but where were YOU that year?

If the years have all begun to blend together, maybe this photo of Tahoka Freeway will help you remember a little bit about what you were up to that year.. We're sure that Phi Sig most likely had a great year!

Fred DeCock actually found a collection of old cassettes of Tahoka Freeway a few years ago, digitized them and put them on YouTube. One is from Movin' On 1983 and the other is most likely from 1978 or 1979 and probably recorded at The Brewery. Between those two playlists, there are nearly 10,000 views of all the recordings.
