We take this opportunity to welcome the new president of our Phi Sigma Kappa Association board, Brother Fred DeCock ’80. Fred lives in Hummelstown, Pa., and is the manager of Web Solutions & eMarketing at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
