The LFAA are facing off with the State College Borough yet again, only this time the new challenge relates to the Borough's proposed changes to the point system that dictates suspension of rental properties. They have written a letter and have asked that we distribute it to all brothers. Please read the letter carefully as the matters discussed therein greatly affect Greek life at Penn State. (Note: the attached letter is in draft form. Due to the sensitive time restraints of the issue at hand, LFAA chose to quickly distribute the letter rather than hold it.)

• The Lion Fraternity Alumni Association is 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed by a group of fraternity alumni members from Penn State in order to work with State College officials to ensure the success of Penn State fraternities now and in the future.
• The group was founded in 1988 but was inactive from 1992-2008, when the group was unofficially reformed to address the rise in drinking related issues at Penn State.
• LFAA has formally regrouped in the last year with hopes of becoming a greater resource for Penn State fraternities navigating local policy issues.
