The red shutters were originally removed from the house around 2005 by order of the safety code inspectors.They were falling off the house. During the renovation project they were cut out along with many other items when our estimated cost got way out of hand.

Over the past five years many of you have opined to have the shutters put back on the house. Several brothers even offered to spearhead the project. Bottom line is NO results. If all of you are serious about this project then now is the time to get on board. The price to replace the shutters is estimated at $5,500. If we raise this by the first week of September, then we can have Red Shutters on the house by Oct. 12th, Homecoming weekend.

This will only happen if YOU start calling & emailing your brothers. We know many of you do not open these monthly eletters. Then there is the 500+brothers for whom we do not even have an email address. So CONTACT your brothers today if you really want the Red Shutters back on the house.
