Use Agreement Help Wanted

The board could use an alumnus' talent to draft a use agreement, lease or memorandum of understanding. The purpose is to more clearly define what we the alumni (the owners of the house - aka the landlords) will do and what is expected of the undergraduate chapter members (aka the renters).
