A groundbreaking ceremony was held Thursday, April 24 to officially kick off the renovations at Kappa Chapter! Phi Sigma Kappa Council Director Bill Neugebauer, Kappa Chapter Campaign Chairman Bill DeGrandis and Penn State University President Graham Spanier made speeches at the ceremony.
