I stopped by the house last week to check on our progress. Too many things going on to write about all of it. But in summary, the place looks GREAT!

A few comments:

- The small green unit under the side porch IS the boiler for heating the basement and first floors
- The red and blue piping and all the associated valves/ controls will allow us to turn off the hot or cold water to each individual fixture anywhere in the house. The controls are in the basement AND on the second floor
- The stone work around the new basement entrance is beautiful
- The basement is outstanding...new exposed stone, bathrooms, electrical panels, communication room, etc.
