He writes "...the House looked great when I visited during Homecoming 2008, and I'm glad that I was able to help a tiny bit. And what does it say about different brotherhoods when you compare Phi Sigma Kappa's broad, nickel and dime sustained success with Beta's multi-million-dollar renovation followed by the collapse of the chapter? And can you believe that Phi Delta Theta is no longer viable at PSU? Wow. I'm prouder than ever of our chapter and alumni: adapt and grow; or stagnate and die."
