Plans are In the Works for a Kappa May Golf Outing in Eastern PA

The Kappa Chapter Alumni Board is looking to create ongoing opportunities to bring brothers together in social settings to share old memories and build new ones. We are now planning a spring golf outing in eastern Pa. that we hope will attract brothers from many eras to start a new tradition of food, fun and brotherhood. Although the date and site are yet to be established, we are looking at the weekends of either May 14 or May 21 at a course near Harrisburg, York or Lancaster.

We have learned that Sigma Chi has been very successful in this type of event and often have over 120 alums show up. The Board will be generating a list of names and addresses of alumni who live within driving distance of eastern Pa., and we will be sending out information via email to them as well as a general announcement to all through the print newsletter and our web site.
So keep those dates in mind and spread the news to others that you see on a regular basis. Let's see if Phi Sig can duplicate Sigma Chi's efforts and establish an annual opportunity to swap stories and share a good time.
