Why did you join Phi Sig over other fraternities?

It was purely fate.

What song(s) best defines your college experience?

Anything by Chicago; those were our party songs.

How did Phi Sig help make you into the man you are today?

It exposed me to a variety of personalities and I learned how to live & get along with many others.

What is your most memorable moment about being an undergrad member of Kappa?

There are too many to count.

Tell us about a brother who was a role model to you.

Ralph Kordiak. Enough said.

What's the best advice you've ever received, and from whom?

"Count your blessings." Grandma

What's your greatest personal challenge to date and how did you overcome it?

Raising three kids & being married for 38 years to the same woman. I didn't overcome it; I've lived through it.

What role does leadership play in a man's life?

I'll have to ask my wife, the leader.

If you were walking onto the Penn State campus as a young freshman, what advice would you give to the younger you?

Change your major to education (teach history); 30 years and out! I'd be retired with a pension!
